No. You buy the words and they’re yours forever. You can spend them tomorrow, in a month or in two years, whenever you need them.
Which languages does it support?
More than 50 languages, including Spanish, English, French, German, Italian, Portuguese, Chinese, Japanese, Arabic, Russian, Dutch and Polish. If your language is on the official list, it’s supported.
How is a “word” counted?
By actual content word, not by token. The worst case is Japanese, with an approximate equivalence of 7.4 tokens per word; in all other languages the ratio is better. Before each translation you see exactly how many words you’re going to spend.
Can I request an invoice with VAT?
Yes. Each pack generates an automatic PDF invoice in your legal name (company or self-employed) with VAT itemized. It’s available in your account instantly.
Can I use it on more than one site?
Yes, with no limit. With a single account you can install the plugin on all the sites you want (yours and your clients’) and spend the same word balance from any of them.
